     Today I visited the Palais Garnier Opera house. Looking at the outside, I saw big, gold statues on the roof of the grand building. This caught my eye as the gold looked shiny and new, contrasting the old structure of the building. I wondered if that gold is original, cleaned regularly, or new. Inside there were several marble staircases. There was a grand, second set staircase inside that led 2 ways up into the upper levels. The room was absolutely beautiful. It had painted ceilings, chandeliers, lights, and flower marble engravings. Different rooms included paintings, chairs, and wall mirrors. My favorite room included a huge painting on the ceiling.

    In addition, the architectural magnificence, historical relevance, and cultural influence of the Palais Garnier Opera house are of significant importance.  First, it was created by Charles Garnier and opened in 1875, representing the wealth and passion of the Belle Époque period in Paris. It is a famous landmark because of its magnificent front, lavish interior filled with chandeliers, marble, and connections to well-known opera performances. In addition, it has served as an inspiration to many writers, filmmakers, and painters. It has also become a timeless symbol of French architectural excellence and cultural legacy, drawing tourists from all over the world.

    One of the main contributors to Paris's reputation as a cultural capital is the Palais Garnier Opera house, which enhances the city's creative environment in many ways. Its top-notch ballet and opera performances draw viewers and artists from throughout the world, promoting understanding between cultures.  Paris is an even more alluring cultural destination because of its historical significance and magnificent architecture, which attract both visitors and researchers. The opera house's position in the city's cultural structure is reinforced by its function as a location for important occasions, galas, and exhibits, which present Paris's unwavering dedication to the arts, creativity, and innovation on a global scale.

I think if you can remember your argument for this being a part of a cultural capital it would help you on the final. Your argument that it makes Paris more alluring for others was well written and I enjoyed it.
